Football Best Jockstraps

San Aniol

(Thursday 07/08/2008)

After a break in all sports activities and social events due to my recent fatherhood, Sergio (Sergio Corado) asked me to go to San Aniol to go swimming in a natural rafts, in which there is a jump of 5 meters high, and I could not say no to a proposal so tempting, to which the company had to add Dani (Dani Corado).

We left at 7:00 in Mataró in the direction of Girona, on the AP7, from there we went Banyoles and then to Olot. When we were about to arrive, we realized that we had just gasoline, and decided to approach Castellfollit of the Rock to fill the tank, and I took advantage of for breakfast.

At 9:30 we arrived at the campsite Sadernes, from where we started the route. The road to the hermitage of San Aniol is well marked and has difficulty, it is ideal to make with kids ....
In the first section is not usually see a lot of water throughout the year, do not be scared, once the second of the Roman bridges, you start to see the precious element "water", and a few meters (1 km ) are the first basin of water, which can cross the lower part, stepping stones jugándote slippery type, or top with a suspension bridge (much better). A few years ago this bridge was made with a couple of trucks, which gave him a CHIC adventure at the moment, but everything evolves, and even the mountains have come and risk prevention.

continue along the river, crossing on several occasions, but without too much difficulty. 10:30 am
When we came to the hermitage of San Aniol, where we find more hikers sitting on the sides of the source. We did not stop to keep them company, and we were rather late, and we began to see a front approaching cloud (roll Tomas Molina).

From the chapel to the first waterfall is about 20 minutes away. Upon reaching her we found that a group of "people" (rather sunday with shorts and flip flops) jumping from the top of the waterfall, so we cut a little roll, so we decided to continue a little longer, until the next raft , where we were eating a snack, as we would do real food in the house that is next to the camp (this was the real reason for departure).

As we took delight with our fruit, landscape and legs in the water a few drops began to fall, what term to take away the urge to submerge more part of our body.

Seeing that the time seemed not to change, we decided to begin the return to our Source (THE RESTAURANT "Yuju"). When we had

halfway back or fact, started out in the sun, causing some heat (as menopausal), and decided to make a stop on the road, and sumergirnod in the COLD river, at which time DANI took the opportunity to photograph a dragonfly

As we were wet (by water from the river), and the sun was making the rounds, we decided to continue down river. Upon arrival at the Roman bridge, the river was almost nonexistent, and continue along the road as you would the rest of mortals.

Within half an hour we reached the car (loq, where we change our clothes, and once ready, we got in a hurry in the restaurant. And to tell you ..... A picture is worth ....

and even the next Greetings ......... PHOTOS

Aetna Dmo Versus Delta Ppo

Canigó 2008

The history of the flame of Canigó dates from 1955, when Frank Pujade, born on June 23, decided to join the celebration of his birthday, his passion Canigó and the San Juan festival, lighting a small fire on top of Canigó, with a bundle of firewood that his friends helped to raise.

For years continued this tradition, and in 1963, for the first time, lit a torch and went down to the foot of the mountain, for from it, would go on the maximum amount of fires.

In 1964, lights a flame to the fire of Canigó and deposited in "the castellet of Perpignan, where he remained until June 22 next year, at which time it goes up to Canigó and thus regenerate the fire. Since then, the flame burns in the Castellet de Perpignan, and each year the ceremony is repeated.

It was not until 1965, when the tradition of going to Canigó for fire to light the bonfires of San Juan, began to spread throughout Catalonia.

And no, this year the center hiker Premia de Mar, mobilized the bike lovers to go and get the flame to Dosrius Canigó, meeting with the volunteer group of athletes, carrying the fire from Canigó.

Regards and until next time.

Density In The Chest What Does It Means?

Collada de Fontalba - Pico de Segre Puigmal

Saturday 03/29/2008 (6:00)

are the 6 am and we Sergi, Dani and a server in Mataró ready to jump on the car and head to the Collada de Fontalba, where we will start a route to the Pic de Puigmal of Segre. After a careful

when we travel Ribes, and make a stop at a bar located at the entrance of the village, roadside. It is a popular bar for much of the "fauna" mountain (hikers, hunters, bikers .....). The coffee and chocolate paste, we quiet the little purr of our guts, and of course, took the opportunity to drop ballast. "

half an hour we set off towards Queralbs, until you reach the train line that goes up to Nuria. Continue the road a few hundred yards on the right starts the road, which later becomes a forest trail that leads us to the pass of Fontalba. As we approach the pass, we saw clapas ice.

's almost 9 am, and we are in the Collada de Fontalba (2,074 m). A little air, but the sun softens the temperature.

Ahead of us get a group of 3 people in the same direction, which is a reference. We started walking towards the NW, on the Pla de les dues Lliure, with a mild slope, but having traversed about 400 meters, started a small Repechón, which makes us warm up quickly, at the end of what we take to make a short stop (2,200 m), and do the first photos (retrieve oxygen). In this short stretch we reach the other group and advanced, but to stop them hit us, when they took the opportunity to exchange a few words, (where we were going, "we thought we would do worse time," there are hardly any snow ".... .). True, so far only saw some clapas snow, but otherwise everything was green.

continued walking towards the N direction of Dou Cim (2.471mts), following a "phytes" but the truth is that no loss has to walk toward the north (as straight as possible if you good legs, or zig zag, if you do not have.) In this installment, we take to pass through the midst of the few clapas snow we see, taking advantage from the beginning we put the leggings.

come to the hill of Fontalba (1.300mts 2.450mts and travel) and stopped to watch the next segment that we expected, a sharp rise of 200 m of altitude in just 800 mts of course, not ramble and we set off to meet them. In this section breaks loose Sergi of us, and begins a brutal break (when we return we will remove the roll having to bike home.) Meanwhile, Dani and I go up and chatting, making our air paraditas to recover, and "xino hexane, we reached the top. Now we have the last 100 meters to reach the Puigmal (2910 meters) of which, much pass in the snow (it starts to get interesting).

It's 10 am and "fem cim" (4,200 m run). Sergi takes time waiting, but have no objection to us to stop our photos and eat something (bars, as no).

The view from the Puigmal is fantastic, we have a clear day and we can see the whole pot (set of mountains that surround the Vall de Nuria). We see that there is a lot more snow than we imagined at the start, therefore making us happy.

We return to get moving towards the col d'Er (2.750mts), making a impressive decline in the snow, especially Dani, who specializes in this sort of thing (although run down fall.) There are times when you sink into the snow legs below the knee (which last !!!!!!).

From the pass we got into Puigmal Petit de Segre (2.812mts) and hence the Puigmal de Segre (2.846mts) by an edge clapas rock and ice, which began to dent Dani because of their shoes, some trekking appropriate for raids, not gripping well on the ice and caused several major slips.

As can be seen in the photo, part of Puigmal approaching a front of clouds importantly, even with the hope that would not reach us, due to wind blowing towards the east, we decided to go down the middle of the mountain, taking advantage of the snow that covered it, and thus cut way , and go as soon as possible to her skirt.

The fall was full of falls, faux leg to the knee and stretches where we lay down and slid through the snow, as if we had a sled (we are like children).

On reaching the valley, we find the ideal setting for stop to eat something. Great images leaving the river to pass between the snow and they were enlivened by the sound of water coming down with joy (how nice !!!!).

Once fed, we set off towards the Vall de Nuria, with a light step, we arrive in just over 20 minutes.

Lake of the Vall de Nuria was quite cool, you could skate on it, which he did remember the typical American movie where a group of children playing over a frozen lake, and suddenly it was torn apart , causing one of the children fall into the icy water and submerged under the ice, while his friends desperate start to scream, attracting the attention of an adult who is eating hamburgers with the rest of the parents .....( better leave it here).

continue the path towards Fontalba, which begins past the lake on the right (like the bathroom). It begins with a steep climb a little long. This last section is 4.5 km, with ups and downs of + -100 meters of altitude, but in our case we added the icing, most of the road was muddy, and parts that still enduring the ice it became an ally of the slips. As we walked, the weather was getting worse, little a bit of a heavy fog was covering us, to the point of view no more than 5 feet away. All this set of circumstances coupled with the desire to get to the car, we brought a sense of despair, we became increasingly longer, but finally we reached our final destination, La Collada de Fontalba, where we hoped our car, totally alone, without other cars with which to talk (what a shame!).

Regards, and until next time.

Mucus In Newborn Throat

Coll Formic - Mines of Remedy

Sunday 03/23/2008 (6:00)
(Route conducted by Pisaterrones)

Incredible, two trips to the mountain in the same week, this can be done only the most privileged.

It's 6 am and we are in Premia de Mar, looking asleep. We take the cars and headed out to Coll Formic (1.144m), an important point of Montseny in the world of hiking, from here starts the famous march of Matagalls - Montserrat.

As we approach Coll Formic, we see that is slowly changing the landscape from green to white, the snow is incredible find, if they said that there was no snow !!!!!.

At 7:00 we left the car in the parking Coll Formic, with a temperature of -4 degrees, and a blanket of snow at our feet. We started walking along the trail that goes under the restaurant, toward the hermitage of Sant Cristòfol (the Castanya). During this first installment, we left to show our enthusiasm for the landscape as white, and with comments or taking pictures as Chinese.

At 9:00 we arrived at the hermitage of Sant Cristòfol, where we get a little injured a woman (he had a galipandría over, I hope it has improved), gives us to see the hermit, and of course, we have to take a glance. A small hermitage, but well preserved, we even have the luxury of raising his little bell.

continue the road south. Upon reaching the source of Bosco, we stopped for breakfast. Rafa tells me how it has changed the landscape over a few years ago when this source water flowed abundantly, and now it flows the air because of water, but in our bottles. Media

for breakfast, and walk again. We are struggling to get going, the cookie Remedios, are too much weight to go, luckily the road is downhill, rare in our outings, but so far we have only to descend.

Three hours after the start, we got Remei the Mines. A somewhat hidden entrance, and low rise is the start of a gallery, where formerly mined copper. We enter crouching, as the height of one meter, and we found several galleries, some down, others go up, but we settle for crossing about 10 meters, and get out.

look back a few meters to track towards "les Roques del Corb. The road is blocked at various points in the bushes, and hidden under the snow.

When we got to "Les Roques, the passage through the trough, to continue in the direction of" pla Cafe "is covered with snow and with a to high risk of suffering a major slip, with which it decides to Coll Formic, breaking the journey.

On the way back, we were surprised to see areas you'd spent a few hours ago, which were completely covered by snow, and now there was no trace of it.

When we had half hour to get to Coll Formic, we are suddenly in the middle of a snowstorm, not very important, but snow, and we take to make the latest photos.

Almost at 15h, we finally arrived at Coll Formic, where we met a wave of people celebrating the snow, and among them, a team of TV3, making a live connection to the news of the day Mig.

Regards, and until next time.

Example Prayer Faithful Wedding

Vallter2000 - Bastiments

Thursday 20/03/2008 (6:00)

is not a mistake, is Thursday, and do not work .... As promised, and today we are making Bastiments. After two weekends of drought (in terms of walking), and using both Sergi as I do not have to work, we will Vallter2000 from which to start our first march mountain this year.

At 6 am we left Mataró Vallter2000 direction, stopping to make a coffee at Sant Joan de les Abadesses.

's 8 am and we are in the car park at the foot of the ski lift ski Vallter2000. The car thermometer mark 6 degrees below zero, but when you open the door a gale, and when I say strong is very strong, while it cost to open the door, shows the strength with which we are going to have to face, but with the hope the wind dies down, and let us enjoy the wonderful sun does.

started walking along the GR 11 which exits the bottom of the car, heading south in search of an intersection a few meters, where we take a road NW to get back to GR11 above the parking, but happy path is well covered by snow, and after 1 hour of walking, we decided to take the car and go 200 meters down the road, where to park the car and take the GR11 directly.

's 10 am and get going back to the GR11, Ulldeter toward the shelter. It did not take long to start the landscaping freak snow and take pictures, but by hand, we realize that we will need the granpones, which we have not brought.

arrived at the shelter and continue through the RM runs parallel to the ski slope, where we met a skier going up the ski slope (which they do save some for the pass) but we soon realize that the skier's destination was not the beginning of the track, but come to the Sow Coll. just like ours. Since the beginning

top of the ski slope, we see a group of four up to Coll de la Sow, which gives us courage, because we are treading the snow where we go, and we think that we facilitate promotion. But on reaching the foot of the Coll discovered that the footprints in the snow will not suffice, we get the poles to help, but even so, the steep, ice zones and the extremely strong wind, put us in trouble on several occasions. After 1 hour since we started walking, we got to the Sow Coll.

From here we went to coll Bastiments, but before we seek a refuge where the extremely strong wind to eat something.

Fortunately from Coll of the Sow to the Coll de Bastiments, snowy areas are minimal, and the only thing that makes the ride is the wind, which causes us a very strong feeling cold.

After overcoming a steep slope with a gradient of + - 50%, we arrive at the Coll de Bastiments, where we find clapas ice snow, which added an even stronger wind, we make it very difficult to 300 meters we are to reach the peak. We move very cautiously, trying to ensure each step we take, coming to have to stand up and nail the sticks on the ice until the wind dies down a bit. And, step by step we got to the Pic de Bastiments. We take the required pictures, and decided to take the mountain down through, for the pan, and go back to Coll is a big risk. The decline of the pie is not a path of flowers, the loose stones are a trap for our ankles, and added to the damn wind that never ceases to blow, we suffer several stumble, but if too much importance.

half an hour we are looking at how to tackle the decline in coll of the Sow, the road we had uploaded is too uneven, and the snow has hardened a lot. We decided to go down a path a little further south, which appears to just under the snow slope and softer. But we soon realize that this road is snow so hard that it is almost impossible to nail boots and poles, there are even areas with ice. The fear of falling and low-slope skating, extreme make us a lot every step we take, and try to go find areas where there are gaps in some steps.

finally got down the slope without suffering any mishaps Coll. From here we return to the shelter of Ulldeter and from this the car. They

14:00 pm when we reached the car. We have taken four hours to go all out and have some hunger. Try to eat near the car, but as the wind that has accompanied us throughout the morning, continues to accompany us now and we decided to jump on the car and go to Setcases to eat.

Who sows the wind shall reap the whirlwind (I think we have picked up wind to the remains.)

Regards and until the next

Custom 14 Foot Aluminum Boat

exit in the Montseny Moto

Sunday 03/16/2008 9:30 am

After a weekend in which only ....., did you eat this played out to make amends and take a tour of Nuria, we intended to climb Vallter Bastiments since 2000, but an injury late Sergi (a certain age can not do things according to ... I say this from experience), was canceled out.

Considering the circumstances, Sergi asked me out on Sunday on a bike, with this brand new Yamaha MT-03 and my wonderful new Kawasaki Versys, and I could not deny.

So Sunday we were at 9:30 am in Mataró (while pisaterrones friends were having lunch somewhere lost in the Vall de Sau).

De Mataró went for the C60 to the Rock, from here for the C35 to Santa Maria and the Palautordera BV-5301 up to Montseny.

We got into a bar for a drink and a short time after we set off to return home.

A quiet morning with little sun, what more can you ask of life !!!!!!.

Regards and until next time.

What To Write In My Boss's Birthday Card

walk Riells (Montseny)

Sunday 03/03/2008, 7:00 AM
(Route conducted by Pisaterrones)
Riells
We are in a small village 7.5 km from Breda for the GIV-5521 .

The beginning of this march is known as "El Camí de les cascades" which begins just outside the Church of Sant Martí, by a forest track NW.

A few meters away is to leave this track to enter a Corriol that is left of the march. As a reference, just go into it, it must pass through a small wooden bridge.

The road runs along the river of Riells, and on a few occasions it has to cross from one band to another, as best you can. In our case, according to some members of the expedition, the crossings were too. It was thought that so many crosses, were part of a Machiavellian plot by Rafa, who tried to get a photograph of a faux leg in the river, and thus earn a euritos (that things are really bad ...), but unfortunately for him and fortunately for us, it was not.

During this first stage, the way lives up to its name "Camí de les cascades." Were a few waterfalls which served as targets for our cameras. Even after it has rained recently, there was water. It was wonderful to hear the sound of water, which for some time had not been given the chance. You can also enjoy the typical vegetation of a wetland, among which are several old chestnuts.

After 2 hours, we had a small incident. Rafa left the group to explore an alternative path, and thus able to shorten. Were clear indications "do not move until you call." Having spent a few minutes (eternal when expected), Reme shouted the name of Rafa, and he seemed to hear a reply, immediately afterwards we set off. By "short time" we stopped to see that all he heard was the barking of dogs. Fear began empowering the group, started calling Rafa, but we still get no response, most twisted thoughts came to mind, "may have been eaten by dogs", "may have been sunk in the leaves tapaban all the way "MY GOD, WE ARE GOING TO DIE ".... but it was thanks to the technology (mobile) we could contact him. Then the fear became concerned," you'll see the anger that is going to fall. " We returned to the starting point, where we had to not be moved, and there was Rafa, a little spoiled and somewhat annoyed by the bad time that we had been through. After several roofs and a few apologies ("The fault was OF REME), we got to breakfast, to regain some strength.

After this little adventure, we continued our way to THE COLL OF MOSQUERA, through the SOT DELS PASSEJADORS, overcoming a height difference of +-400m. During all this section, we were walking down a blanket of leaves that covered the road, hiding under them, loose stones, fallen branches, roots protruding from the ground. All this increased the difficulty of the road, any time we encounter one of these obstacles and caused an injury (thank goodness I have my card group Premia de Mar hiker, and this can not be happening. Are you waiting to become a member !!!!).

Rafa told me that the road we were traveling, was a way that once they used the charcoal, and certainly we could see several bunkers.

After 4 hours and 20 'we come to the Coll de la Mosquera where we took the group picture, and without further delay we began our descent at breakneck speed in response to a challenge that David had suggested we "get to the car before 13:00" and that it was 11:30.

We went down the runway to Sinai, from here continue to Pla de Gratallops, where the trail ends and has to continue for a Corriol. This made us slow down, and unable to meet the challenge. We

to Pla de saba, which ended a little before Corriol and again became a great track, which will continue until you reach Riells, which was exactly at 13:33. End of tour.

recommend doing "camí de les cascades "to the whole world. It is a journey without much slope, with little difficulty and a magnificent landscape, is one of those rides sunday, to make 10 in the morning and then stay to eat at one of the many farmhouses are in the area (and not charging one euro for this recommendation).

If you want to know more about this exit, do not hesitate to consult the Pisaterrones Web, where you will find the track, profile and photos.

A final recommendation. Do not listen to a person who is medicated and heard voices and confuse a man with two arms in their hands, with a car or a bike ..... (A hug Reme, which is being removed. ...;) .)

Regards and until next time.

Can 100mm Wheels Fit On A Razor Pro

walk the cliffs of San Sadurni

Sunday 24/02/2008 7:00 am.
(Route conducted by Pisaterrones )

We are in Gallifa , a village 7.5 km from Sant Feliu de Codina. The weather has improved compared to that for an hour before prizes, where the heavy fog dominated the landscape.
groomed After a bit (mascara, blush and some eye shadow:)), we started the walk. Rafa opens a small expedition way up to the Romanesque church of Sant Pere i Sant Feliu. We continue along the road leading to the road, which is guarded by fir (or not). A few meters of walking down the road, we enter the mountain by a "Corriol" marked by white markings. The road is crossing a forest road that goes winding mountain. After 1h +-rise, we come to the church of San Sandurni (Gallifa, the d'Anoia is a bit further south). From this point there are stunning views, if the locator Moses had known this place, I have proposed for the scene that shows the tables of the commandments. At our feet can be seen throughout the Valley Misty, the west can see Sant Llorenç de Munt (La Mola and Montcau). Take this opportunity to make thousands of photos and, of course, eat the "sandwich" (sandwich, crackers, coffee ........).

With a full stomach, in addition to think better, also walking, and after dinner, we return to the load.

We went westward toward els Plans and thence to the Pi Coll d'en Guardia, crossed the coast Borrassa Serrat. During this journey with us from fire caused in August 2003, which burned about 5,000 hectares of forest between Gallifa and Sant Llorenç Savall. In order to recover the vegetation burned in the year 2006, launched a reforestation plan.

We reached the highway between Sant Llorenç Gallifa Savall (BP 1241), where a few meters to the east, this road, we take a forest track that takes us to the Castle of Gallifa. This stretch has enabled a new PR, which borders the cliff, allowing you to enjoy close views of it (Urra by this new way !!!!).

Once in the castle, froze us, to gain access should be making a donation of 2 € (that strong, strong). Not for the price, but by the word DONATION, otherwise you donabas, not happening. But most amazing is that the PR goes through this castle, and is well signposted, just before entering the box office is a sign of PR, ie if you want to continue on the path, you have to donate. But in our capacity to grasp, skirted the castle for a walk a little dangerous, to continue the RP to Gallifa, where we arrived at 14:00.

I would stress how amazing it is to rise from Gallifa to the Church of San Sadurni mountain through. Viewed from the opposite side, it seems impossible that may be accessed in between the cliff.

If you want to know more about this exit, do not hesitate to consult the Pisaterrones Web, where you will find the track, profile and photos.

A greeting and to next. ____________________________________________________________________

VILADRAU - THE GARRIGA 2008

10/02/2008 On Sunday, they celebrated the 37 th edition of this popular place, which I attended along with four colleagues hiker central Premià de Mar (Maite, Antonio, Maria José and Fernando). We arrived at the Garriga
at 5 in the morning, intending to catch an early bus (which takes you to Viladrau), but to our surprise, at that time had about 400 people queuing. It took 1 time up to the coach.
After 40 minutes away by bus, we started the race from Viladrau (6:40). The start was fast as horses desvocados, if not by cold or by the desire to reach (31km lay ahead.) Ferdinand picked up the group, and that his intention was to make the greatest possible stretch run.
The first was immediate supplies, approximately 2km. For Maria Jose was a disappointment, since he had taken on the bus for breakfast (juice, pasta, bars ....:)), but for others, the piece of coca (frozen) and Cacaolat (warm) we knew to glory.
Follow the path with a slight slope, and was gradually fading evening, giving way to the light of day, allowing us to turn off the front. We
the hermitage of Mare de Deu d'Erola, unable to devote much time, or rather none.
+-4km When we had traveled, we began the dreaded facing slope, a slope of approximately 37% + - 200 meters. And after the sharp rise, which was to reach Sant Segimon where we could not reach because of the ban by the person who is in charge, began the tour of the Pla d'en Besa with the misfortune of meeting a group of participants, performing first aid to a fellow who had just suffered a heart attack. Seeing that we could not help in relief, we decided to keep walking hoping that the event did not end in disgrace, but at the end of the tour we learned that after an hour of waiting, when they reached the forest, the person had died. Past
Collformic, we find the second of the supplies, with sausage and wine. After recess (not excess) we continue our achievement by the Pla de la Calma, until the third supplies in the Pla de l'alzina. At this point Maite had to leave against their will, because of a sore leg, which had been dragging all week.
The remaining three group members, we continue the march to the final.
latter +-17km stretch is full of runs with different levels of + -37%, and this makes Pupitar knees. María José was one of the victims of the slope. The discomfort in her knee on Friday morning, he stressed, reaching a level of catch, but did not prevent him reaching the final.
After 6h, and 40, we reach the end of the course. Maite waiting for us, who received us with cheers and applause. We were also treated to a backpack by the organization.

Until next time ..... -------------------------------------------------
