participated in a march popular MTB ( http://www.desfrenats.com/ ) , Besalú. It consisted of two rounds, one short of 25kms with 550mts of slope, and another 36kms to 1,000 meters of altitude. But I very cool I decided to make of 36kms, and I must say that I defended pretty well, but there were many sections that passed by Corriols very technical in what I had to put his foot on the ground (sometimes for my lack of technical and many of the crowds.) 8:49 - I leave my house towards the road at Premia de Dalt, eating a stick of Isostar. Teià I cross the main road, straight towards the mountain. At the end of the road, begins a sandy track, with a fork, the right track goes to the Mirador de San Mateo, with a steep slope, I'm still left. This section is about 2 kms and a half gap of 7.5%. Is a continuous rise without major Repechón, and a very good floor.
I come to a crossroads with the GR92, and turn right onto the big track until you reach the next intersection (+ -600 meters) and turn left onto Gurguí Font, which is about 800 meters , and stopping to make some photos.
