Ap Bio Cellular Respiration Lab Question

Awards - Teià - Vallromanes - Top

After laze at home, I decide to leave the mountain bike, to make a long route round me. The only novelty is that instead of crossing Teià by the stream, and take the road to the Coll de Gorgui (which many thousands of times I've done), I have intention of going along a track that is a little more to Barcelona and runs parallel to the stream of Teià.

I get up and head to Teià, by the usual route, which parallels the highway.
A roundabout past the entry Teià, about 100 meters turn left, and what at first seems a gentle climb, it becomes a cost of about 300 meters, with a 9% slope environment.
the roundabout and continue up the first exit, which is on the right. Another stretch of 700 meters with a drop of 7%. Not much complication, but is that for months I faced a slope. For reference, that happened in front of the school "THE MIC" (how right is the name). I get to the bottom of the hill, and take a right towards the mountain.

The llanea last long, and gives way to a kilometer climb, with 10% in slightly hilly. At the next intersection, near a large tank of water, continuing the climb to the left. Once up touches down, until the Gorgui coll.

The climb is rather hard, but with a few departures followed, it sucked.
At the crossroads of the Coll de Gorgui, which will take into Vallromanes, is the left side of the photo. A good run of 2 km.

At the end of the descent, I get to laugh at VALLROMANES, and turn right. At about 300 mts on the left side of the track starts a small stream, which at 100 meters leads to paved roads. From here continue to the right, and a few meters on a curve left, turn right onto the track. A half way up, I stop to take some pictures, as testimony to the output.

a few meters, I turn to the left along a slope that leads me to the track that goes from the creu d'en Boquet the pitch and putt Vallromanes. Follow this road until the creu d'en Boquet, and from there to Vilassar de Dalt, and homework. Total

22 kms and 550 meters of altitude

Lemon Chips For Bakin

--- I Gala "Mineral Digital

Had long without updating the blog, between one thing and another has been spending time and has stopped a few months, today I update it with the "I National Mineral Digital Gala" held on 18 December in the Cantabrian town Udías.

Poster gala.

All we were going to attend, stayed at the Posada de La Gandara, located at the mining area of Udías, at 18:00 pm We arrived a couple of hours earlier, better to go sooner than later. We were the first to arrive but soon showed up there and then Igor already started to come all the troops slowly.

At 18:00 h, more or less scheduled start of the show, he began sharing the table, we could say that almost turned into a gift table with a good vibe and environment through , to be honest, everything is appreciated. On the table was from calcite, quartz, barite and fluorite from Asturias to Zeolites of India (Okenitas, scolecite, Mesolithic, apophyllite ...) through material amount of Cantabria, Basque and many areas, some very good parts quality. I had nothing material to change, since the few pieces that I can spare, do not reach the "level", put it in some way to that interest to other fans. I hope everything will come and make 2011 a fruitful year in output and the upcoming gala go to the odd stone to reward all participants gave me a piece in the end I left it loaded and I do not like too much to me I give away without giving anything in return, so hopefully I can repay you all, I thank you from here.

then the conference would Gerardo J. Cueto on "The route of the Cantabrian Zinc, a very interesting talk from my point of view, and thanks to it I can have some knowledge about the history of mining zinc in Cantabria, so far, completely unaware of, I knew mine were there but nothing more. Always following the talk with photos of various mineral deposits. We look forward to having had to listen Gerardo this entertaining and interesting conference.

Gerardo J. Cueto at full conference.
Then we waited a dinner in "family" where once again, they enjoyed the good atmosphere and good company. Some of the people, drinking with caution, and that later had to fuck the car.

Igor, Covaciella and Gerardo.
Jose Maria, Janice and Miriam.
Noelia, Diego, Pilar, Dari (I) and Aladdin.
Once after the dinner, we proceeded to make the trophies and awarded a trophy and a piece mineral mining the "Discloser, 2010", "Discovery of 2010", "Young promise of 2010" and Finally, "Search 2010." First prize was handed the young prodigy, where I was the winner and thank you from here to all the "team" as part of Digital Mineral forum, and thanks all of them, I take this fans eager and very excited. Thanks to everyone for every little bit that aportais.
Paul making me the trophy.
Paul and I with the trophy and the piece.
The next award, for all those present, the most special of the night, the promoter of the year, who could not be there this sick, Joaquín Balda, from here I send all my courage and hope he recovers soon.
Emotion
when delivering the trophy.
After homage to Joaquin, it was the turn of the award for best discovery, which was won by the team from the Canary Islands, formed by José Bello, Pepe Ruano and Andres Rodriguez, an award that had to be delivered via telephone Pepe Ruano.

The ultimate prize, the prize for best search engine of the year, went to Juan Losada, who shows his great strength, accompanying mineralogical exits with his illness, which in spite of it, is going to bite, a real merit.
Juan and Pablo.

And with all this, ended the "I Gala" Mineral Digital ", once completed, most people went home, except a few that we stayed at the inn that night. And the next morning we shared breakfast with stories and anecdotes involved. We hope next year we can enjoy another gala, at least as good as it has been. Thank Paul for all their work together there.

Pityriasis Rosea Ringworm Difference

Vilassar de Girona - Besalú - Banyoles - Girona

Saturday 11/12 / 2010

Pisuerga advantage that goes through Valladolid, and we spent the Friday night and all day Saturday in Girona, would use for a trip to Skinny, and pick up the pace a bit.

At 8:00 am we woke up with a delicious 2 of temperature, but in a short time they were going up the grades, thanks to the sun.

breakfast juice, milk, toast and a muffin. I have no hurry to leave, so I take it in stride. So quiet that I inadvertently gave me a 11:30. I donned the clothing (leggings, short shorts, thermal vest, jersey short sleeves, windbreaker jacket, helmet soto, buff and gloves). Full isotonic drink container with HECENDADO, and a bar of the same brand for the road.

11:47 and 11 degrees temperature, I get going on the C-66 towards Banyoles, with the good intention of reach the lake, skirting and return to Girona, + -30 kms. Easy run to remove the "Monilla" of the bike.

In the first few miles, I take refuge behind the buff, trying to expose as little as possible on my face. The cold air is not to my liking, but once the first Repechón, the body goes into heat, and leave bare the nose and mouth.

As I approach Banyoles, I heated the "nose" (mouth), and I think I could stretch a little more travel, think big, to go to Olot, but for a notice stating "Olot 32Kms "I removed the idea of the head, which was not only going, but again, all in less than 2 hours. Besalú if that is within range, is 11 kms from Banyoles. And after much thought (5 minutes, as all thoughts of men) decide to go Besalú. 12:40

Besalú reached where I get some pictures of testimony, and without further delay, I return to the road to Banyoles, by
the same C-66.

Among other thoughts, I remember Jose Antonio, that I have not been accompanied by something hich have the knee due to glitches post operation. I also remember Edu, and I think I could have called, but a visit to Girona was lightning.

13:15 came to Lake Banyoles, and begins aboard the bike lane, but I recommend it on the road because the bike lane is invaded in many places by a very dangerous living "THE GRANDPARENTS. " These grandparents that hike to see the lake, and nobody tells them they have to go the way of sand, and that the bike path is for that, for bikes, and they do not conform to invade part rail, but placed in training across the board, creating an almost impregnable wall, front men and women behind.

Following the road around the lake, came to the church of SANTA MARIA DE LES PORQUERES where I stop to photograph it, leaving the visit for another time, and the fact that only stop to photograph it, it breaks my rhythm;).
Once

fact 6km from the perimeter of the lake, I head into town, and from there to the C-66, past commissioner of the Catalan police, from where he begins a considerable ramp up reach the C-66. 14:00

get to Girona very hungry, the bar has not been sufficient. No time for stretching, I shower and eat, the family expects. Pork tenderloin appeases my hunger and recharge your batteries and then go to Decathlon, and buy more food for later departures, confirmed HECENDADO mark is not optimal for a "Tutes bike."

Greetings,

58 kms and 320 meters of altitude
